Try Esan

I got a "new sign-in" email

We email you when your account is signed in to from a device or country we haven't seen before. It shows the time, the browser and operating system, and roughly where from.

If it was you

Nothing to do. You won't get another notice for that device — only the first time.

We don't email you on every sign-in, on purpose: a notice that arrives constantly stops being read, and this one needs to be read.

If it wasn't you

  1. Open Esan and go to Settings → Account.
  2. Sign out of all devices. That ends every session, including whoever signed in.
  3. Sign in again with a fresh code.

Because Esan has no passwords, there is nothing for anyone to have guessed or reused from another site. Someone signing in means they read a code from your email — so check your email account's security too, and change that password if you have any doubt.

We will never ask you for a code

Esan will never email, message or call you asking for your sign-in code, and never asks for a password because there isn't one. Anyone who does is not us.

Worried about a notice you received? Forward it to support@esan.ai and we'll look at it with you.
