Connectors

Connectors let Esan do work in the tools you already use — read a thread, open an issue, save a page — instead of just talking about them. You connect an app once, and Esan can act in it on your behalf.

Connecting an app

1. Open Settings → Connectors.
2. Find the app and choose Connect.
3. Approve access in the app's own sign-in screen.

Esan only gets the access you approve, and you can disconnect at any time.

Available connectors

Esan connects to popular work apps, including:

• Gmail — read and draft email.
• GitHub — issues, pull requests, and repositories.
• Linear — issues and project tracking.
• Notion — pages and databases.
• Slack — messages and channels.
• Stripe, Vercel, Supabase, Sentry, PostHog, Hugging Face, and more.

The exact list and what each one allows is shown in the Connectors settings.

Custom connectors

Need something that isn't in the list? You can add your own connector so Esan can reach a private or in-house tool. Provide the connection details in Settings → Connectors → Add custom, and they're stored securely for your account only.

Staying in control

• You approve every connection in the app's own login flow.
• Actions that change things — sending an email, posting a message — ask for your confirmation first.
• Disconnect anytime from the same settings screen; Esan immediately loses that access.
• Scope access per specialist. Decide which connectors each specialist may use, so access stays tight.
