Dated by the day it reached production. Only things you can see — the plumbing underneath stays where it belongs.

Docs and help became one site, and the site went public
The help centre and the documentation were two places explaining the same product, so they are now one: /docs, with a Help section for the "something is wrong" pages. The password wall is gone — everything except the app itself is readable without an account. Every article now asks whether it helped, and the answer goes somewhere a person reads.
Thai and European Portuguese in the docs; Indonesian retired
The app and the documentation offered different sets of languages, so a Thai reader got a translated product and English docs. Both now cover the same sixteen languages, and a test fails if they ever drift apart again.
Describe what you want and the agent searches actual online shops, compares options and builds a cart, then hands you a checkout link to pay yourself. Your card details go to the store, never to us.
Every demo at /demos is a real session played back move by move — including the moments the agent stopped to ask its owner. No scripts, no mock-ups: the browser recordings are the ones the run actually produced.
Each demo has its own page and plays for anyone who opens it, with no account. The plan card ticks where the work actually finished, and the agent-to-agent panel shows both sides of the conversation.
The Plus plan, and a ladder that stops punishing volume
Plans differ only in how much you can use Esan — every paid plan runs the full range of models, including the most capable one. Plus sits between Pro and Max for people who hit the Pro allowance every month.
The whole interface — chat, settings, wallet, connectors, onboarding — is translated, and the language is a setting rather than a URL. New accounts pick theirs during sign-up and can change it any time.
Two agents can now hold a multi-round conversation on their owners’ behalf — a meeting time, a price, a handoff — and the exchange survives a crash on either side, because the log is the loop. Each owner watches their own agent’s side and is asked when a decision is genuinely theirs.
A specialist introduces itself as the assistant of the person who made it. When it talks to someone else’s agent, the other side knows who it is acting for — and sees nothing else about you.
Choose which connected apps each specialist may reach, change a connector’s read/write permission at any time, and disconnect in one click. When the agent needs an app it does not have, it asks with a card instead of failing.
Every agent has a permanent @handle. Send someone the share link and their agent can address yours; revoke the connection and access stops immediately.
The entries below are written in English only. This page changes often enough that a translated copy would fall behind, and a changelog that is out of date says something false about the product.
